Hotel Esperia - Genoa

The bed was super hard, but the room was cozy and had a nice balcony.

very relaxing overall experience. little and clean place, pleasant and very welcoming staff. a lot of goodies for breakfast. great location - right by the sea front walk to the harbour where there are lots of bars and restaurants and bus stops heading to downtown genoa. a lot of food options just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The staff were pleasant and amazingly NICE, and the standard king room we booked was air conditioned. Had hairdryers, a bidet and toiletries in the bathroom.

The bed was firmer than expected and showed age. The balcony was cramped. The staff seemed overwhelmed at breakfast, leading to long waits for coffee.

The front desk staff are an absoluteley rude bunch-clearly, customer service is not their forte. And don't get me started on the parking situation, what a nightmare! You think a VIP like me would at least deserve a complimentary upgrade, right? Too bad I almost thought this place was decent but just couldn't.

Thoroughly enjoyed to be here, the hotel was clean and brilliant, the location was good and excellent near the beach. Super-friendly and extremely friendly staff, gave a lot of information. Comforts of neat and bright room with single bed were fabulous. The breakfast offered was large with sweet food and bacon and eggs, for instance...

New-fashioned twin room, comfortable beds. Large bathrooms with a bidet...

The balcony offered exquisite ocean views, and the hotel's breakfast was a good surprise with gluten-free options. Enjoying the morning sun while overlooking the water was a highlight of our stay.

Excellent place with excellent air conditioning, free parking, and a cute lounge area. During my first stay, the staff thoughtfully assisted my elderly parents. I'm returning for another trip soon!

Great air conditioning and secure parking. Room felt a bit cramped, though.

The staff was cute, and the view from our balcony was amazing. We enjoyed easy access to the seaside for swimming, and discovered the local park just a few steps away, which our four kids loved. Breakfast options were plentiful and satisfying.

My kids wished for a bit more variety in the kid's menu.

Great spot for a group vacation! We loved the easy access to the sea and the nearby Museums of Nervi. Breakfast was solid, and the service was mostly friendly. The location is perfect for exploring and enjoying scenic views. Each morning, there was a nice breakfast selection, too.

The air conditioning in our bathroom was quite stuffy, uncomfortable at times. It could have used more ventilation.

The room is super comfy with AC and a nice balcony with a view. It has a tv, a safety deposit box, and free toiletries. Breakfast had a big selection, and the staff were great. Really liked the atmosphere, especially the terrace and soft pillows.
